Another UK to the USA trade today with an elitefourum member, This time it’s with the Hoppip, Skiploom, and Jumpluff species collector, @bbobrob.
bborob has a fantastic collection ranging from species like the Hoppip evolution line as well as Chinchou’s and Wooper’s. They also enjoy collecting cards illustrated by Sachiko Adachi and cards from the ex era. They have also recently completed a complete reverse holo Expedition set which is no small feat!

For this trade, I sent out a few ex era cards they were keen on, A holo Cradily with a beautiful swirl and a reverse holo Glalie. They also collect Lanturns so i included some reverse holos.
Also included were a “Belgium” print Hoppip and Wooper from Neo Destiny’s, There is still on-going investigation into the “Belgium” print, I don’t currently have an article that i could link to about it but the suggestion is that Carta Mundi in Belgium printed their Pokemon cards with either an error or a secret trade-mark, missing shading in the inside of the letter “e” in the “Pokemon” text on the back of the cards.
It’s a very small and minute difference in cards, but may be of interest to hardcore species collectors.
I also included my own signature card of course, with a few sketches of Hoppip. The Natta Wake Hoppip (their favorite) and a few others from other sets.
They were generous enough to help me acquire this wonderful Spiky-eared Pichu Movie Promo that i have had my eye on.
bbobrob also included a wonderful hand-painted signature card to sit comfortably in my E4 signature binder!
They also included a Generations Pikachu as a gift for my daughter, They even added a glittery bow to Pikachu’s head as a tribute to her E4 Art Contest 2025 entry.
