Cyrus’s Conspiracy 007/DPt-P is an rare Japanese Pokémon TCG promotional card from 2008. It was distributed exclusively as a Cosmos Holofoil winner’s prize for the top 3 competitors in the “Galactic’s Conquest Release Commemoration Gym Challenge” tournaments across official Pokémon Card Gyms in Japan.

These local shop-run events celebrated the launch of Galactic’s Conquest (the Japanese Platinum expansion), making the card one of the rare tournament prize promos of the Diamond & Pearl era.
