This card along with an unnumbered holofoil Skull Fossil promo were given to all participants before the card battle bagan of the Diamond vs. Pearl One Day Battle side event, part of the “Battle Road ☆ Spring 2007 Kansai B Tournament Master League” in the year 2007 across Japan.

It’s a tournament where participants are divided into two groups and compete. The winner or loser is determined by the total number of wins and losses for all members of the group. Battle a lot within the time limit and increase your number of wins! The winning group will receive a victory prize for all members. Please note that you must include at least 4 cards from DP series Pokemon in your deck participating in this tournament.
